ReadyCo Exchange ("we", "us") runs this website. We collect enquiries from people who want a ready-made UK limited company and pass them to a formation agent. You can contact us at readycoexchange@gmail.com or through the form on our Contact page.
When you send an enquiry or a message, we collect what you type into the form: your name, your email address and your message. Our hosting service also records technical details with each form submission, such as your IP address and browser type, to block spam. We do not collect identity documents, payment details or date of birth.
We use your details to reply to you and to pass your enquiry to a formation agent so they can contact you. Our lawful basis is your request (taking steps at your request) and our legitimate interest in running and protecting the service. If you join our email list, we use your email address to contact you about your enquiry, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
We share your enquiry with the formation agent who deals with it. After that, the agent is responsible for how they use your details and will give you their own privacy information. We also use service providers to run the website and our email: Netlify (website hosting and form handling), GoatCounter (visitor counts) and Google (email). They handle your details only to provide those services for us, and some of them may process data outside the UK under standard safeguards. We do not sell your data.
We keep enquiries and messages for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them for longer.
We count visits to this website using GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly service. It does not use cookies, does not follow you around the web and does not store your IP address or any details that identify you. We use the totals to see how many people visit, which pages they read and which post or advert brought them here.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store small items needed to make the page work, for example whether the background sound is on.
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to move it. To do any of these, or to leave our list, email readycoexchange@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
If we change this notice we will update the date above.

ReadyCo Exchange collects your enquiry for a ready-made UK limited company, older company or address and mail service and passes it to a formation agent. We do not sell, form or hold companies. We do not take money from buyers, and we do not carry out identification or anti-money-laundering checks.
Any purchase is a contract between you and the formation agent. They set the price and terms, take payment and carry out every check directly with you. We are not a party to that contract and are not responsible for what the agent provides. Please read the agent's own terms before you buy.
The information on this website is general and is not legal, tax or financial advice. Prices, availability and timings come from the formation agent and may change. Before buying a company, check its registration details and filing history on Companies House, and take professional advice, particularly for an older company, because buying the shares means the company keeps its history and any debts.
Please give accurate details in your enquiry and use the website lawfully. Please do not send us anything that is unlawful, misleading or harmful, or try to disrupt the website.
We take care over what we publish, but we cannot promise that the website is free of errors or always available. We are not responsible for losses that arise from the formation agent's service or from relying on this website without checking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
This website may link to other websites, including Companies House and the formation agent. We are not responsible for their content.
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although this does not affect any rights you have under the law where you live.
